Reducing stress in our lives calls for adjusting the way we think.
By adjusting or changing ourselves we change the way we see or perceive others, they appear to change as well.
By looking for the good in everything no matter how small that good is we develop more confidence and increase our courage. We give away our anxiety and criticisms.
We become calm, and develop emotional strength.
I found that a great way to adjust our thinking is though meditation.
