Tying up loose ends or getting all knotted up with Stress is your goal for the New Year!!
As we wind down the old year finishing projects, setting up new projects for the coming year, there are a lot of loose ends to tie up.
We rearrange our office area or reorganize our kitchens all to make ready for the new year. We get rid of old unused things and make room for the new. All this preparation should make you feel good, but does it?
There is a very good chance you feel guilty for not completing a project the way you wanted because you may have ran out of money or time or both to do the job right. May be did not get the help that you needed so the project an you suffered. Perhaps you may have lost interest in the project somewhere in the process. All these reasons add to your increased stress levels.
You now probably feel that stress has you all tied up in knots. You feel physical discomfort in your neck and shoulders. Also you might even feel a few knots developing in your stomach due to anxiety.
Let go of the ropes that bind your feelings and move forward. The past is finished, learn from your experiences, true it will be a challenge. Being calm emotionally will give you the physical and emotional strength to proceed.
That time to really loosen those ends and make every attempt to release those knots. Now that is a great New Year's Resolution!!
