I know you are the type of person that is constantly busy from morning until night.
You even think that sleeping is a waste of time or that you just cannot slow yourself down to rest.
Do you think that four or six hours of sleep is enough time to get adequate mental and physical recharging?
Do you think that just because you have gotten used to four to six hours sleep that this is really all you need?
Let me reassure you that you can do quality things with at least eight hours sleep. A few hours extra, hours of sleep a night will recharge you very nicely.
Here is my coaching challenge for you:
Choose a week to get a minimum of fifty-six hours of sleep over the course of seven nights.
Please take this challenge very seriously, you will find, at least for that week you will feel like a new person. You will be happier, much more productive and able to solve many of your everyday problems. Your thinking and decision-making skills are much more enhanced and your energy levels will be higher.
Oh, by the way, you will be far less grouchy.
